# Known problems

Known users reported problems.

* **`Bot is not responding`** - This usually happens because of free, slow hosting, so the only solution here is to get a better hosting or wait and try again later. Your donations will help get a new hosting for this bot.
* **`On reaction click/command execute nothing happens`** - Mostly it happens because bot does not have required permission to do that. Please, to use all bot features allow all permissions on bot invite page. If still nothing happens, then this is probably code issue. You can use `/report` command to send information about bug.
